Buckingham Journal of Language and Linguistics 
This journal is published by the University of Buckingham Press, part of the University of Buckingham, UK.
 
The journal will consider articles in most areas of linguistics and language study without restriction to particular languages, time periods, subject areas or schools of thought.
 
Frequency: up to two issues per year.

Journal of Language and Learning is a freely-available electronic journal. It publishes in the area of Applied Linguistics and Language Teaching Methodology. The journal publishes both theoretical studies, and practical work including TEFL/TESOL.
   
Journal of Language and Literature
Journal of Language and Literature is a freely-available electronic journal. It publishes in most areas of literature particularly areas where language issues are predominant. It is not restricted to time periods, subject areas or schools of thought.
